Ordering from WildaboutMe is easy. For full details, including how to

form of payment can I use at WildaboutMe?
We accept a wide range of payment methods including most credit and

Is
my credit card transaction secure?
Yes. All the information you send is encrypted using
128-bit SSL bank-standard security. You will see a small padlock in
the corner of your browser page to show that the page you enter your
personal details is secure. All our servers, and those of our service
partners are protected by hardware firewalls and anti-malware software.
All your personal information is stored offline on servers with no access

What
happens if I don't like the item I've purchased?
We operate a very liberal returns policy and will accept most returns
except earrings and other products which have been used on the body,
for example soaps. Full details of the Return Policy can be found by

Do
you ship internationally?
Absolutely! All items on the WildaboutMe site are available
for international shipping. Prices are in UK Pounds and this is the
amount that will be charged to your credit card. If you live abroad
your bank will apply an exchange rate so that your statement shows the
amount in local currency. If paying by cheque, please ensure that this
is drawn on a UK bank or is drawn in UK Pounds. Unfortunately we cannot
accept foreign currency cheques as these will incur high bank charges.
We
also accept Paypal, Western Union, Travellers Cheques and International
Money Orders.
Shipping
costs for international orders are calculated automatically by the shopping
cart. For international orders over £50.00 we recommend that you pay
for additional insurance and tracking. The cost of this type of mail
will be higher but the peace of mind may be worth it! Please let us

How
much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the final parcel. The checkout
software automatically calculates the postage cost depending on the
destination country. Approximate mailing costs are as follows:
Package 400g First Class mail UK - £2.06
Package 600g First Class mail UK - £2.81
Package 400g Airmail USA - £4.22
Package 600g Airmail USA - £6.12
Package 400g Airmail Europe - £2.59
Package 600g Airmail Europe - £3.59
Items
which require signature on delivery and/or insurance will have additional

When
will my order arrive?
We aim to send out all orders within two working days of placement.
Sometimes this may not be possible because we are occasionally out of
the office attending fairs or sourcing new materials. When paying by
cheque, the time between order placement and despatch will take longer
as we wait for funds to clear. Payment by credit card is therefore the
fastest option.
In the UK, parcels sent by First Class mail typically take between one
and two days following postage. Consequently you may expect your order
delivery around four or five days after placement. For Europe, parcels
sent by Airmail mail typically take between three and four days following
postage. Consequently you may expect your order delivery around a week
after placement. For mailing to the Americas, the Far East and Australia,
Airmail typically takes between six and seven working days following
postage. Consequently you may expect your order delivery between one

How
will my order arrive?
We take great care in packaging your orders. Each item is protected
by careful wrapping including tissue and bubble-wrap. Small items are
typically sent in padded envelopes to guarantee the safety of your purchase
in transit. Larger items are boxed and padded with additional packaging
to prevent damage. Attractive gift boxes are available upon request.
If you have purchased additional insurance and tracking services, you
will be emailed the relevant information to help you keep track of your

What
if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping?
Since we started the store very few items have gone missing. The most
common reason is an incorrect mailing address, so please ensure that
this is correct when completing the order form. If an order has failed
to arrive after a reasonable time, please contract Sue. If you have
chosen the tracking option we will identify the order status with the
mailing company. Otherwise, we will try to find the order using mail
company missing post procedures. (BACK)

How
can I be sure of the quality of the jewellery I order?
Each piece of jewellery created and sold by WildaboutMe is made with
the highest quality materials and accurately described. All our pieces
are hand-made using great care, personal craftsmanship and attention

How
realistic are the images on your web site?
All our designs are carefully photographed under natural light against
neutral backgrounds. The images are not enhanced or altered in any way
except digital compression to reduce the file size to make them faster
to load. In addition, all items are carefully described, including length
or size, type of stone and materials used. Nearly always, our customers
tell us that our jewellery looks even better in real life than on the

What
if I like a design, but want it made in a different colour?
Although it may not always be possible, contact us, requesting the colour
you want. If it is possible, we will email you a picture of the new
stone colour. If you decide you do not like it, you will not be obligated
to buy. If you do, we will create the design and send it to you upon
the receipt of payment. (BACK)

Can
the length of necklaces, bracelets, and anklets be changed?
YES! We will be happy to make adjustments in the length
of necklaces, bracelets and anklets providing additional materials are
available. There is no charge for shortening the length. Adding length
up to an inch or two is also usually free, unless the materials are
very expensive, but if you need several inches, there will be a reasonable
fee. Contact us for information when you decide the length you want.

Where
can I learn more about the jewellery materials used?
Sue uses many natural materials which come in various sizes, shapes,
patterns, polish, cut and colour. If you wish to find out more about
the types of stone, their healing properties, history or lore, then

How
durable are your jewellery pieces?
Our jewellery is suitable for all-day wear. However, common sense dictates
removing it during activities which may cause damage such as swimming
or vigourous exercise. Please see our pages on jewellery care, storage

What
if my jewellery breaks?
If the item arrives damaged or breaks during the first 30 days, we will
repair it free of charge including shipment back to us. Contact us about
the problem first, so that we know the item is being returned. Then,
mail your item to the office address. Be sure your item is well-packed
using materials similar to those used in the original package. We cannot
replace items damaged through inappropriate wear, cleaning or storage.

What
should I do if I need repair later on?
Although our jewellery is made to last, it may happen that you may need
a repair. If this happens within the first 30 days of purchase we will
do this free of charge. After this, a local jewellery shop may help,
or alternately please contact us. A nominal fee will be charged for
shipping and materials (to be determined upon inspection of the problem).

How
can the jewellery be stored and cleaned?
All jewellery you receive will come in a purpose-made jewellery bag.
To keep your jewellery from tarnishing, keep it in this bag and store
it in a dark place (drawer or jewellery box) while you are not wearing
it. We recommend using silica-gel packs to keep the jewellery dry. For

Do
you offer volume discounts?
YES! We offer the following volume discounts: Purchase £100 or more
in one transaction and we will pay shipping charges by First Class or
Airmail. Purchase £200 or more in one transaction and receive a 10%
discount, plus we will pay shipping charges by First Class or Airmail.

Do
you offer any more "freebies"?
Yes! Earn FREE jewellery! Once you've purchased jewellery from us, you
can earn discounts on future purchases. For every £100 you spend
with us you will give you a £10 discount off your next order.

Can
I introduce a friend?
If you introduce a friend and they place an order for more than £25,
ask them to include your name and e-mail address with their order and
we'll send you an authorization code for £5 off your next purchase.
This offer is valid for each new client you send us. You can save up
several referral authorization codes to completely pay for any jewellery.

How
can I return/exchange merchandise?
We operate a very liberal returns policy and are happy to exchange or
refund items you don't wish to keep. However for hygene reasons there
are some items like earrings which we are unable to accept as returns.
We are also unable to accept personal care itmes such as soaps which
have been opened and used. For full details, including how to return

Can
I have the piece of jewellery customised?
Most definitely! Almost any piece of jewellery found on this site can
be shortened. Lengthening up to one or two inchest is also possible,
usually free of chrage, unless the materials are particualry expensive.
Simply contact us and let us know the piece you would like modified
and how. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that
custom orders will require time to remake and are likely to ship by
up to two weeks later than the original unaltered piece. (BACK)

Do
you do custom designs?
Custom Orders are available upon request. Most items on our site can
be altered to a different stone, size, or material. However if you would
like us to design an item specially for you please contact us and we

Who
designs the jewellery?
WildaboutMe is owned and run by Sue King who lives in Sandhurst, England.
After selecting high-quality materials, she carefully lays out each
design, and handcrafts them into unique pieces of jewellery. Sue has
a huge network of worldwide sources from which she obtains her remarkable
stones, beads and shells. Occasionally, when Sue likes a particular
design made by another artist, she will add it to the site so you too
can enjoy the beauty of their art. (BACK)

Do
you have a shop I can visit?
You are in it! Otherwise we do not operate a bricks and mortar jewellery
store. This way we can make our beautiful designs available to all visitors
wherever you may be. However, if you are in our area, please visit,
but be sure to make an appointment first. Sue travels extensively buying
new and exciting materials, she would not like you to be dissapointed!

I sign up for email updates how often will you contact me?
Don't worry! Sue is very busy making jewellery and doesn't have time
to bombard you with e-mail. We like to send out e-mails around once
a month. These emails provide you with advanced notice of sales, new
merchandise, and other events. But, of course, you have the freedom
to add or remove your name from our list at any time. (BACK)

is your privacy policy?
We only collect the minimum information about you to let us to fuilfil
your order. We do not, and will not, disclose this information to any

How
do you take the photographs?
All our photographs are taken in natural light using a Fuji Finepix
S5000 digital camara. We use contrasting backgrounds to emphasise the
beauty of Sue's creations. We do not enhance the colours or designs
in any way, so what you see is exactly what you get! (BACK)

I
saw a piece I loved on your site yesterday and now it’s gone!
WHY?
Each piece of jewellery here at WildaboutMe is handcrafted and in most
cases unique. We don’t have a warehouse full of identical stock
just waiting to be shipped. Most pieces will be listed as one of a kind.
When they sell, that’s it. They will no longer be available. Also,
we remove all stock as soon as it is sold. This ensures that the pages
load in a reasonable time and that you don't waste your time selecting
items which are no longer available. (BACK)

do I find out about special items, upcoming sales, and other events
at WildaboutMe?
The best way to stay informed about updates is through the WildaboutMe

How
do I buy and send a gift to someone?
Its EASY!. Just browse and choose the items you wish to send by placing
them in the shopping basket as usual. When you go to the checkout you
will be presented with two separate sections to enter personal and mailing
details. In the first area please fill in your own name and address.
In the section beneath, please enter the name and delivery address of
the person you wish to receive the gift. That's it! Next you enter your
payment details as usual, and the items you selected will be sent to
the person you specified. If you would like us to include a message,
please enter this in the "Additional Information" box. (BACK)

Do
you offer gift wrapping?
YES! We'll wrap your gifts in a range of colourful papers and boxes.
We will also include pretty ribbons and a bow. For a selection of wrapping
options please click the "Gift Wrapping" link in the "Collections"
menu at the top of this page. If you have chosen a card and would like
to send a special message, please write this in the "Additional
Information " box at the Checkout. Prices for the gift-wrapping

How
do I buy a Gift Certificate?
This is easy! Just click the "Gift Certificate" link in the
"Collections" menu and select the certificate of the required
value. We offer certificates in £5, £10, £20 and £50
denominations. You can select any combination of these to make up the
desired amount. Then proceed to the Checkout and pay for youre selection
as usual. Please enter the name and address of the person you wish to
receive the Certificate and also any message you wish to send. This
can be written in the "Additional Information" box at the
Checkout. Each order is given a unique PIN which enables the recipient
to redeem the value of the certificates. (BACK)

How
do I send a Gift Certificate to someone?
You do not have to do anything! We will send the certificates by post
to the recipient together their PIN and any message you want to send.
You can enter the recipient's delivery address at the checkout and the
message in the "Additional Information" box. Alternately if
you provide their email address, the certificates can be sent electronically.

How
do I buy items with a Gift Certificate?
If you wish to buy items using your Gift Certificate please select your
items and place them in the shopping basket as usual. When you get to
the Checkout please select the "Account" payment option and
enter the PIN in the box. If you do not have your PIN you will not be
able to complete the order. Contact us and we will resend the information.
Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if
the value of your order exceeds your Gift Certificates. If you have
more funds in your Certificates than the total cost of your purchase
the balance will be carried over to any future purchases. Just retain
the original PIN and enter it when paying for your items. (BACK)
