Size: 2.5" X 2.5" Depending of shape of the State, Rectangle patches average 3" wide. 
Many leather colors available, shown in Cork, Lt. Brown  (See color chart in photos) 
Hats Sold separately or to purchase with patches already pressed on one of our many in stock hats. Infant, Toddler, youth or Adult hats available. Temperature: 270 degrees
Pressure: medium
Time: 9 -12 seconds for Cork less time and other colors may take longer depending on what it applied to. Test and and reheat. 
I cover with a Teflon Sheet or paper.
